The Touriseum opens on 29 May
The new season of the Touriseum and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff will open on Friday 29 May. Open now every day from 9 am to 7 pm.
Today (29th May) the new season of Trauttmansdorff begins - still in time for visitors to admire the last days of the roses in bloom. The Touriseum (Museum of tourism) will also reopen its exciting journey through 250 years of tourism history with an exhibition dedicated to Franz Kafka and his stay in Meran in 1920.
At last it will be possible to visit the museum and the 12 hectares of the Gardens again - of course in compliance with the security measures in force. These include the obligation to wear a mask and compliance with the safety distance and hygiene regulations in force.
The Schlossgarten restaurant in the heart of Trauttmansdorff will also open its doors on 29 May and in addition to the normal restaurant service will offer customers a takeaway service at the Café.
The Touriseum and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle represent a single attraction. The entry ticket is valid for both.
Measures to be complied with when visiting the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle during the Coronavirus pandemic.
